They charge way too much for what you get. We've ordered twice from here. Was close to $50 both times for 2 people. And that's getting some of their "specials". Pizza isn't bad, but not great either. About what you expect from a large chain. But the delivery fees and service fees are outrageous, on top of a tip, on top of menu prices that are high. We won't be ordering from here again.

Honestly one of the better Pizza Huts I have been too. The food arrived super fast, it was still too hot to eat when it arrived so it was definitely fresh. They didnt mess anything up, or skimp on the cheese which is so common. It was exactly the pizza experience that I wanted!

I haven't always had the best service here, but my last experience was worth writing a review about... I can't remember the lady's name (sorry I wish I could give credit where it's deserved)...Anyway, a couple weeks ago, I called to order a pickup, she answered the phone and was super polite and let me know there were 3 people in line in front of me and she would be happy to help me in just a few moments. I thought that was super nice and professional!! Sometimes it's the little things that make a huge impact... service everywhere has gone down the toilet, it's refreshing to find someone who is still giving great customer service. The pizza we ordered was hot and exactly how we ordered it! Delicious!

I am very disappointed in the GM at this store, Adam. He was supposed to refund me for a couple pizzas 12 days ago and welp... No refund! We always order pizza from this store minimum twice a week. Never have we received pizzas with what seemed like cottage cheese consistency on the cheese. The dough was not thoroughly cooked either. It tasted very grainy and mushy and my son got sick from eating the entire slice. Lady who answered phone said she would make a new fresh pizza right then and there and not grab a premade pizza. Wife goes back to pick up new "fresh" made pizza and opens the pizza box up in front of Adam the GM and shows him the cheese consistency and said it looked exactly the same as the ones I paid for. His smart azs response was "well there is nothing wrong with it look at it, it's pizza." My wife told him to taste it and he rolled his eyes and sarcastically said t"hat is your pizza." My wife asked for a refund and he very unwilling to give credit back and snagged the card from my wife and gave her the original receipt and wrote his name on it. I was not going to leave a negative review and just let time pass and maybe give them another shot but I have yet to receive my money and my son gets stomach flu because of it. Pictures when zoomed in show the raw dough and cheese consistency. I am still waiting on my refund. I'll gladly remove this feedback if you guys decide to ever make it right. Corporate complaint, Yelp, Facebook, etc.. I will hold you accountable until it is made right!

Maybe you ordered more pizzas than them? Was your name up on the screen with your wait time?
