The McDonald's on E. Colfax Ave was great and the food was good and hot the manager team was excellent and very customer service oriented and the customer service was very very great and the food was just dynamite and the chocolate shake was just to die for and thank you very much for letting me have an experience at your store you did a very good job and I give you a four-star rating and that's the highest you can give anybody thank you very much and keep up the good customer service representatives and keep up the good management style of management thank you. WHY WHY WHY do they always beach you in a parking spot in the drive through!!! I only ordered 2 burgers and a large fry! Then it takes 10min to make my meal? Unacceptable. This is the most agitating process ever. No other fast food restaurant does this and this McDonald's especially needs to take a lesson from its competition. I wrote this entire review while I sat here waiting for my food. Update the order just showed up without the condiments in the bag I asked for!

This is my favorite McDonald's the staff is always friendly. I had came to this McDonald's a few minutes before lunch, and I told the staff I would drive around and go through the line, again. The woman who took my order said she would take my order if I was willing to wait in the pick-up area. I have never been where I had a bad experience.
