Bought a 52” Scrambler wakesurfer and a Lake Monster tube. They were very responsive to all my questions. Board is beautiful with great traction pads and my 8yr old an 13 yr old nieces love them.

Great people here! Got a couple return boards for a nice discount. Fixed up some return boards and had fun with the boys painting our names on them. Probably wouldn't do that on a new board haha

Finally got a good body board ! I went in person to the garden grove warehouse. I was pleasantly greeted by friendly staff Pam & Phil. There showroom was air conditioned and very well organized with some futuristic looking products! I went in expecting to get one IBB (inflatable body board) and left with 1 IBB 2 body boards and 3 skim boards !! Thank you Pam & Phil love these great quality products !

I bought a 8'Guppy Soft Top Surfboard this summer from South Bay and had the most amazing experience. First of all, during a pandemic, they still offer fast and free shipping, while big corporate like Amazon even slowed down for shipping for at least 10 days or two weeks. And my board actually arrived a day or two faster than I expected. I was very impressed. After I made the purchase, some change occurred and I have to contact South Bay to change the order. They responded very fast and resolved my issue quickly. Throughout the process I felt I was dealing with real people behind the computer screen, who are warm, kind, empathetic of my situation and helpful to resolve the issue. I'm a big fan and definitely will come back for my future boards. By the way, the board is beautiful and of amazing quality. Solid 5 stars!

Questions & Answers

North Carolina can see long periods of small surf, where even long boards paddle hard for the drop. I don't want something that is a point and go, I want to walk the board and do cut backs...does the 8'8" Heritage perform? Can I use my FCS Fins?

Hi Virginia, Thanks for the questions and 100% completely understand the concern - you are on a great path looking at the 8'8 Heritage -- the bigger chest shape still makes it incredibly easy to paddle, but the pulled in tail and new FCS Fin Boxes make this beefy beauty quite the performer. !00% has the full capability to walk and cross step in style while also being able to work your way back on the board to the tail for performance focused turns. I personally use the 8'8 religiously, mostly in a single fin set up because I like the looser feel than the 2+1 setup and the board is a legit cheater board. Keeps surfing easy and fun but also has the shape to spice it up :)

Hi Tom, We design and develop here in the USA & we partner with overseas manufacturers to produce our shapes and designs.

Hey SBBC, how does someone get a hold of you where you will actually respond to the message about resolving a purchase were you do not send the product but just take the money?

Hey Robert, Super sorry about the delay. How may we help you? Best regards, SBBC

Tell me how to connect the lash to the surfboard

Pull out the small nylon strap from the strap, place it in the strap attachment, fold it tight, and secure it tightly. Now refit the strap to the nylon strap. We hope you understand using Google Translate.
