Horrible....15 min til close and they close all lanes except 2 with only trainees working. Of course no manager insight...a huge bravo to the trainees left on their own...good job!!! Managers 2 thumbs down. And to the clerk that closed the self check out...shame on you....the line is seriously 5 to 7 deep and growing in the 2 only open lanes....

As a mom, shopping at Target just keeps getting better and better! I can't tell you how amazing it is to use the app to clip coupons and buy everything you need online for FREE drive-up pick-up (usually ready in under one hour!). It's a mother's dream come true! Plus, my husband loves never having to set foot inside and never having to text me, "Is this what you meant???" Target, you're saving marriages, I swear! 💕 Keep up the great work!

I went to the CVS pharmacy located inside the Target today, and I had a great experience! The line was insanely long, but when I got to the counter to get my medicine the girl was super nice and was definitely making the most of the situation. She was on the shorter side with a non haircut with highlights and glasses. We were the same age, and she was really nice to me :) If you see her, say something nice! I will definitely be coming back :D

I went up to the window to pick up my items about 30 minutes after making the order, I'm on lunch and have a time constraint. So the lady at the counter told me its not ready to pick up. the order was two items. I then asked if I could politely go and grab the items for her and she can just scan them in, she refused. Then I asked if they could cancel it and I just got grab it and buy it, they replied I will have to cancel it myself. if a customer comes in and asks for a order, instead of JUST checking the scanner if its done, assess the situation, realize its two items and the customer is obviously in a rush, and go grab them or ask for help. Even the customer was willing to do the job of the employee to accomplish the task. I was very polite and just in a hurry.
