Waited 35 minutes for fried chicken ($5 Friday) that was supposed to be ready in 20 minutes. Looked around the corner and watched big boy put the chicken in the fryer that we were told was already being cooked 34 minutes earlier. At least 7 people inquired about the chicken while I waited. There was only one person left waiting when I left, empty handed, no chicken, no sides, no sodas. Went 5 minutes down the street and got all my goodies at Ralph's, NO WAITING. Why would I do that and give up my Von's gas points you ask?? Because I can't even count how many times I left empty handed or had to change the weekend beach/boat/picnic menu because they can't understand people want fried chicken, all the time. Not every couple of hours for a couple of minutes. Don't even get me started with the ever so elusive Firecracker Chicken sandwich. Always a sign for it, never a sign of it.

I had a very pleasant experience with curbside pickup, ordering from the app yesterday and getting it this morning. They sent my order with a store employee right to the door of my vehicle, checked my verification code and put it right where I asked. Great customer service with a smile and thanks for shopping with us today!

Not enough selection. Prices vary from good to high on just a few select items. Isles crowded. Clean store. Friendly cash reps Update: Very fast response on product selection. Very caring and good business practice.

There were lots of parking spots available. Everything was clean and organized. The staff is helpful, both inside and outside the store. Super easy to get what you need. Sometimes there is a wait to pay but then I usually go self service and it’s never too long of a wait.
