Good service but you have to be after it. I called them more than 3 times (once per day) after the 'delivery day' because I did not get it. They should warn you about delays and/or keep you posted on progress of your documents.

I had an appointment with Karla today 7/11/19 she said she’d be in the office 9am-12pm I drove 2 hours, I’ve been up since 3am along with my 3 year old toddler we came from Tijuana. She didn’t bother to leave me a message that she wasn’t going to show up whatsoever. No show thanks for wasting my time makes sense why you keep changing Notary names on google 🤦🏽‍♀️
