MY MOM NAMED ME KELSEY LANE!!!!!!

I've had a PO box with College postal plus going on 9 months now and I love it. I’ve received nothing but great service. Something that really stood out to me is, I was on my way to their store at closing and I was going to be about five minutes late so I called I asked the older gentleman (I think he also owns the store) if he could give me just a few minutes more because I really needed what was in my mailbox. He didn’t hesitate he waited for me and was really polite about it. That level of customer service stands out to me it really makes a difference in my choice of businesses who receive my patronage. thanks College Postal Plus for being awesome, Kelsey & Cesar

there is this guy in the store, I don't know which one but it was the old one, he messed up with my documents while they were binding the papers together and they didn't even try to apologize. just don't go there guys, the service is not good, there are better alternatives with the same price range. any postal office would be better than this one.

The saleswoman was nice enough. I brought a large usps flat rate priority box for shipping. As they provide services for the usps I thought little of it until I went to the usps with another package. College Postal Plus charged 34.00 for the package to be shipped and USPS charged 21.10. That is a huge difference more than 33% higher than taking it straight away to the post office. It would be great if this shop would tell customers that they will be paying more than a third more for them to send it in the flat rate box rather than the USPS. Will not be going back any time soon, USPS will get my 21.10 rather than 34.00 at this shop.

Denise's Story

I been with them since 2013. I moved out of state and my daughter took over. I had a package shipped there, so I wouldn't forget it at home. I was having something done there and College postal mixed my package up with another box. They kept telling me they called the other box and they would bring it. It never happened. Called later and the next day and was told they box owner would bring it. Called back because I was leaving later that night and was told now the owner was out of town. The owner asked me what I wanted him to do. File an insurance claim is what we agreed on. $50 was the max he told me and to give him my address and he would file. It's been over a week now and the owner is rude. I filed a complaint to BBB because he told his employee to tell me he will not accept any of my calls. Now that there is a complaint he will not respond to the BBB and is canceling my daughters mailbox rental in retaliation. He took ownership of their incompetence. I paid for a rental plus gas to come over 300 miles to get something done and was not able to because they mixed the mailbox numbers up and they look nothing alike. Very disappointed with their service and his professionalism.
