Prices are higher than other local thrift stores, except for the odd bargain. Since implementing store credit only for returns (which I believe was a nationwide or at least regional change) I have been very unhappy with my experiences here. Currently this location's try on rooms are closed "due to staff shortages"....but they are not actually hiring at this branch (despite the sign advertising otherwise). That means if you want to try on clothes you have to take them home and only get store credit if they don't fit. It is a clean store with friendly employees, though difficult to navigate, so I hope they can level up their customer experience and truly fill the need for another local thrift store.

There are two great employees that work their and are both women, I've always felt welcomed coming into that store to go shopping they always have smiles on their faces and make me feel welcomed

Expensive prices. I've seen used broken dollar store products being sold for over twice to three times the price of it being new. Prices are retail AND higher!!!! Filthy, stinky, stained, wore out and gross products. Including but not limited to fecal matter caked on items. Don't care about the community or themselves by not wearing masks or social distancing.
