Very, very pleased with this location. Passed by on our way from Moab to Colorado Springs on 7/28. The drive thru was empty at about 12:30pm. The crew members, a female with glasses and blond hair, and a male with brown hair and tattoos, were very kind. Our order wasn’t ready in the moment, so we pulled around front and it was out quickly. Everything was fresh and delicious, exactly what we ordered and they provided great service. We ended up stopping inside to use the bathroom and it was very clean. Pleased with this location and recommend!

Food was good, service was rough. Was told they are very low staffed and out of a lot of things...even napkins. Went through drive through and was told to park outfront and that they would be out with our order in the next 5-10min. Over 30 min later decided to go in and check, found they were about to close and had not even put our order together. Girl upfront was very helpful and got everything together fast and was very nice. Good overall just needs staffing and management.

I don't know how a place could screw an order up so bad after we waited so long for our food. My fish sandwich was supposed to be classic, I ended up with spicy and no sauce. My husband's chicken was supposed to be all dark meat and spicy, he ended up with classic white meat. Paid for extra sides that were not given.

I’m not one to leave negative reviews, so I’ll focus on the positive things about this Popeyes’s restaurant. Many people complain about constantly receiving the wrong order or missing items that should have been included in their order, but I think they’re doing a pretty good job for being so short-staffed. I’ve ordered food from this restaurant half a dozen times & received the to-go order without the sauce I ordered, or it’s been missing silverware, or they’ve included the wrong drink. Still, I think that’s again because they're understaffed & working hard to keep up with all the customers. The employees who are there seem to be working incredibly hard & most of them have a good attitude (even when I went through the drive-through one day & there was only one kid & the manager working). They were juggling taking orders, running the cooker & running them outside to guests waiting in the parking lot. I’m an insulin-dependent diabetic, so I never order a regular drink. One day, I ordered a drink & they gave me the sugar version, which messed up my blood sugar for hours & required multiple insulin shots to fix the mistake… Rather than simply not revisiting this restaurant, I just changed how I order fountain drinks now. When I order a drink a Popeyes’s, I order Diet with NO ICE. If they bring the drink out & it has ice, that’s a good sign that they may have also given me regular instead of diet, so I don’t drink it! (No stress & I don’t have to worry if they forgot to fill it with diet cola instead of sugar). The main reason I love Popeyes’s is for their blackened chicken tenders! These things are incredible & they’re not breaded, so I don’t have to take an extra shot to eat them! Definitely a treat for people with diabetes! Keep up the great work, Popeyes’s team! Hopefully, management finds additional team members to help you guys out!

As of 1.5.19, they do not deliver, but you can use Grub Hub or something similar to bring it to you.
They put a request into the corporate but they have not changed the website, their hours are posted on the store. Friday- Saturday the drive thru is open til 11
No I have never been sick, from eating at Popeyes but I have never ordered seafood fom a place known for chicken.
