Had to try this place. Hometown to my late family. Enjoyed my breakfast and a piece of pie. Delicious homemade pies. Very friendly waitress.

When you think about how awesome small town café are you are probably thinking about this place. It has everything you could possibly want in a café! It has a huge menu that offers everything from your typical breakfast to chimichangas to hand dipped ice cream malts. Seriously, it has something for everyone and at a reasonable price. Oh, and the baked goods!! OMG, my diet almost got ruined today bad!! Lol The staff working when I was there have probably been doing the job longer than you have been alive. They really knew there stuff!! A meal is always so much better when the service is that great!! Lots of parking and the building seemed somewhat handicap accessible. They offer both booths and tables if you have a preference. The bathrooms seemed clean, and I got my bill and was able to pay without any waiting. Well worth the stop if you are in the area!

Granny's is our go to place! Breakfast is the best, with a large selection. The Denver Skillet is our favorite. For dinner on the fly, they have really good pizzas and chicken take out buckets that come with a basket of fries, a quart of coleslaw, plus bread, butter and paper plates! Staff is attentive and friendly. If you're staying at an area motel and need a quick takeout place, give Granny's a call ahead. Walk in, pay and your order will be ready!

This is the 2nd time we've eaten here and both times the service was mediocre, the food was not tasty, and the pricing is pretty expensive. The menu is vast, which makes it difficult to choose what to eat. This time we ordered some mozzarella sticks, and half of them didn't even have cheese inside. The waitress never came to check on us once we had our food, so I couldn't even let her know. By the time I got to pay for our food, (which was over $50 for 2 adults and a child), I was frustrated. I tipped her and paid our bill, and as I was leaving she said "gotta love low tippers". I tipped the normal amount for over $50 worth of food but I was so shocked that I didn't confront anyone about it. I'm disappointed because when we moved here everyone told us to come here. I'm not saying I won't be back, I'll just know what to expect next time. Everyone has different experiences, this one is mine.
