Our stay was good! We really enjoyed the pool area! Our kids loved it! We looked forward to swimming at the beach on Madeline island but that day the water was ice cold so we rushed back to swim at the hotels pool. Best decision ever! Beds did feel a bit small but I didn’t mind it. Slept like a baby and probably because we had a lot to do during the daytime in Ashland. Only probably I had was the breakfast. Some of the hot food was still cold, pancake mix ran out fast, and the juice machine got really watered down. But it’s understandable when it gets busy! Another plus, was the amazing views. The lakefront and the sunset aft the lakefront! Def considering staying here again!

Rooms were clean, breakfast was good. But for the price we payed I expect to be able to use the slides and pools. The slides were closed for both days, letting the whole family down as we had rushed back to make sure we had ample time to swim.

Great lake views. Nice little private beach. Arcade and water slides for the kids. Adults only in the pool 10-12pm. Rooms are good. Tub and shower needed some TLC around the edges due to water damage but worked fine.

Staff was great, but man it seems they are trying their best to keep up. It appears that corporate policy is to continue using COVID for an excuse to not pay people to come back to work. The pool restaurant is still closed and they don't do breakfast both stating COVID is the reason. Well, there is edible material in the lobby in the morning but just plan on going somewhere else to eat. I wanted to recommend this place because the setup is really nice. I'd give it another chance, but I hope they can get things together.

There might be on their main page
its usually open daily but if they have to clean the pool they might close for a few hours
They have several rooms with hot tubs. You just ask for one when making your reservation to see availability. Of course the rate is more than the standard room without one. Pick up some bath salts at perhaps Walmart and you're all set.
The pool hours are from 6:00 to 11:00
So the answer is yes.
We were just there and the waterpark did not open before check-in time. But during the summer i believe the Water Park is open earlier and I'm not familiar with how they handle letting you use the park before check-in.
I'm very confident you can. Not sure if you would just pay for water park ticket, or I'd they offer open swimming tickets also. Guessing you would buy a water park pass. You'll have a blast!
