Love this store. Great place to buy greeting cards and gift wrap items at a very low price. I shop here at least once a month. Soon it will be the $1.25 store. It is still a good place to ship to save money. Friendly help and well stocked since the last time I shopped there.

I love this location so much! The staff are always so friendly, the place is always clean and there aren’t boxes clogging the aisles, and they are always stocked! I will gladly drive the hour from Pocahontas to Spencer because the Storm Lake location is awful. Thank you Spencer Dollar Tree for being so fabulous!!

Staff is sometimes rude, only a couple that are nice. Selection is not great. Stocking is inefficient, often leaving boxes upon boxes upon boxes in the aisles, making it difficult for my grandpa and I to get around (he's 85, needs a cane and a real aisle) I was told that if I called I would be able to hold am item that gets shopped out quickly, but when I called the answer was snide. I was told to check back in a couple days because they had so much stuff. I've never been in a store that takes so long to stock their shelves. Needs a better manager and customer service classes for the staff. I don't write reviews often, but this I had to do.
