“Perfect campground for families, fisherman, kayakers and anything outdoors! Beautiful setting by the east fork of the des Moines river. Have camped here for years and love it! Careful how you park the host has the tendency to spaz out at guests and it is intimidating so just avoid the hosts and enjoy your stay!”

Fun little riverside park with a nice playground and shelter. Clean bathrooms with camping spots available.

There is a sand area last I knew it was uncovered but it was ready wet and bad ruts from flooding and since it's raining more it may be flooded again
