This animal hospital is the best. From Linda, and Amber in the front. to Dr. Case and Nancy the tech in the back, They are the best. I had an emergency on a Saturday(of course), they squeezed us in, we've never been here, and were so kind. There was a power failure, and I couldn't get test results back. But not to worry, Dr. Case called us on a Sunday, on her cell phone, with results. All was ok for a bit, then we had to come back and we were worried about the price, and then the office rearranges some things to help us out with the price. Unbelievable. This place is great. I highly recommend this office. Can't say enough good things.

Rescued a pup and had been trying for weeks to get her an appointment places, no where was accepting new pets but then I found VCA! They were able to have her seen within the week and when I mentioned she was having diarrhea they put me on a cancelation list and we ended up getting her seen even sooner! Even though there was a miscommunication on my end about how the txt cancelation works they still let me drop off a sample so that we would have some answers for her appointment. When I got to my appointment on 12/20/21 the front desk staff was friendly and efficient. The first woman in the room who took her back for her work up was amazing and made me and my pup feel extremely comfortable and safe. The other vet tech (I wish I could remember her name) who came in after the check up to discuss the results of her sample and go over some other information was extremely knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions. She even gave me advice for cleaning my dogs ears, went over the best vaccine options for my dogs active lifestyle, and helped me choose a suitable probiotic, dewormer, & flea and tick medicine. All of the tests they ran, I felt were in the best interest of my dog. My baby girl is feeling so much better! I reached out today with a follow up question and Amber was able to quickly help me out. Thank you Dr. Case and VCA team!

We drive an hour to take our dog here. Why? Because AVH is the absolute best. Our Staffordshire Bull Terrier Royal lived to 15. His life expectancy was 12-14 years... He lived as long as he did because he was under Dr. Dymond's care. She removed one of his toes because it was cancerous. It healed perfectly! You couldn't even tell that he was missing one of his toes because it looked normal and he walked normal. He felt so much better after his toe was removed and had more pep in his step. I'm thankful that he lived a long happy life. I credit Dr. Dymond for his longevity. She was always there for him. Our new Staffordshire Bull Terrier puppy Peppercorn is an AVH patient as well. We signed her up for VCA's Care Club. It's a much better deal paying monthly than dishing out a chunk for each visit. If you're looking for a vet that won't stress you out and give you peace of mind, look no further.

Will this vet work with me on payment if my kitty needs care?

They have a monthly payment care plan. They also take checks if needed. We have 3 pups and pay 75 a month for each for unlimited visits and all shots and to get them fixed. It's cheaper for kitty cats

I have been using VCA-AVH for about 5 years now. Excellent care of my pets. Staff and Veterinarians are very knowledgeable and caring. They also offer their Care Club, a monthly fee but covers all vaccines as well as office visits and yearly bloodwork.

VCH AVH is a veterinary hospital with about 3 veterinary doctors and attached to the hospital there is a grooming place and during the summer and fall VCA AVH offers a dog park. As far as I know they don't have dogs for adoption calling them would be the best way to find out
