We got ice cream to celebrate the last day of school! It was delicious, they let people eat inside, it wasnt crowded, the drive thru line was a little long, but the wait is worth it! Yayy!

Being from the west coast of Canada, Culvers doesnt exist to me. I stopped here with some local friends and Serenity helped me. When i say helped i mean she really did all the leg work. I was as indecisive as ever and she took more time with me to go over the menu to ensure the best experience. She didn't lose her temper at speed of decisions and kept a great positive attitude as well as checked on me during my meal. Serenity is an MVP and an all-star for Culver's.

Arriving on a Sunday night at 7:00pm. Prime time for a late night snack. The place was completely understaffed. I tried to order a concrete mixer with two mix-ins of cookie dough and either the girl working the register is inept or completely deaf because she charged me for two concrete mixers. But since they were so short staffed, she just rang it up and moved on to the next step of taking 30 minutes to get my food and ice cream out to me. When they gave me two ice creams, I tried to say I only wanted one and was met with, "You ordered two". And of course they were too busy to correct anything. I will never return to this poorly staffed, garbage restaurant ever again.

Usually pretty satisfied with this location but my wife and I’s burgers were both bright pink in the middle this time. Note the bottom patty in the picture provided. Pretty disappointed. Food safety should be the #1 priority.
