Everything about the process has been simple and straight forward. Selecting and reserving a storage unit on the website, to meeting with the onsite manager to show us our unit. The unit is very clean. I feel very comfortable placing my personal belongings in their storage unit. Great Job!!

Fast and easy transaction! I reserved my unit online and got a discounted rate. I then received a phone call to come in and finish the process. I came in and worked with the manager Sidra and she was wonderful! I was shown the unit to make sure it fit my needs and we finished the paperwork shortly after. I highly recommend StorageMart! Update! 4/9/21. I came in for a second unit and after getting checked in I realized the unit was too small for my items. The General Manager, Sidra, was very understanding. Not only did she help me find a larger unit by she also got me a great rate! Once again great customer service! Highly recommended!

I highly recommend StorageMart in Chaska. The facilities are very clean and the staff was very helpful and responsive to my needs, and pleasant to work with. I rented a storage unit that did not have climate control but even in the summer's hot weather, the unit was still kept cool with ceiling fans. The lighting was also excellent. Highly recommended.
