From the moment we entered the facility, I could tell it was a warm and welcoming place. The residents were friendly and welcoming, and the staff was warm and inviting. The facility was clean and well-kept and definitely a place to help elderly improve.

I agree with Maria on her comments. While my parent was there, there was at least twice where staff was standing out by the walkway by the dumpster where they were smoking pot. This is a fact as my adult son went and talked to them. And it does no good to file a complaint because they don't do anything about it. They were giving her medication to her wrong and when asked the head nurse about it, she said yes they were and they would make sure it was taken care of and it was not. When I took the med notes to the Dr., they were appalled and the one med tech argued with us several times on that she was doing it right according to their computer. Also had a friend who's brother was there and one of the staff deliberately provoked him and it turned into a court mess. And guess what, they won. Where he was placed in another facility, they have no problems with him and he is doing great! This is sad because it all started out really great and progressively got worse.
