Ordered a pickup order the lost my receipt took 30 minutes later than it was supposed to be done. And I ordered 8 wings and only got 7. And they never said sorry after they messed up.

Bone in chicken was great and crisped to perfection. I give it 3 stars because most of the popular drinks on the dispenser were out. And opting for what was available and getting my first drink, an employee came out to specifically refill the sprite which they wanted for themselves and ignored the fact that I was standing there about to get my second drink. No excuse me, or inquiring if they could refill the rest of the drinks that had ran out. Worst part of all, while he was trying to figure out how to get that sprite and it was not working he was dropping f… words with sagging pants. Anyhow, customer service and professionalism is lacking but the food is great!

We love their wings, but I'm not sure we will be back again. Waited over an hour for our order and were yelled at by the staff when we checked in on what was going on when we realized several dozen customers had ordered and gotten their food while we were sitting waiting, and an hour had passed. I hate seeing how rude people are to restaurant workers, so I try to be patient and kind, but when the rush was over, and we were the only ones left in the store, but still not being helped...there has to be some limit.

Called in for a order to pickup after work ,when I got there my order was ready but the doors were locked the lights were off and the employees were inside playing around with the music loud this was at a quarter to 11:00 p.m. when the hours on the door state that they are open until midnight. When I got home I started to plates ready for my family, opened up the container and was disgusted to see my chicken in puddles of grease, nd my chicken tasted like grease as well. Not only was I highly upset but I had a family that was still hungry and no food to feed them. Very disappointed, this location needs to invest in a staff that is a customer oriented and a good representation of the company and care about how the product is delivered to the customers.
