If I could give 0 stars I would. I did an online order and orders 2/6.99 and redeemed my free pizza as well. My total was $20 after delivery and tip. I got a call saying they didn’t have medium pizzas. And I could upgrade to a large and pay the extra. I sat on the phone for 30 mins with some guy who had no idea what he was doing I finally asked to speak to a manager because the gentleman kept putting me on hold and saying I could just order it tomorrow. I asked if the would do a deal for me since it’s not my fault for them not having mediums as I wanted to use the coupon they just kept saying no we can’t work with you either order tomorrow or get charged for 2 larges and lose out on the 2 for $6.99. Last minute they said they could do thin crust pizza but it’s not part of the $6.99 so I would have to pay full price…. I ended up taking half my stuff off and they have yet to fix the charges to my card. So after over an hour I just gave in. I will be going up there tomorrow if the charges aren’t fixed since my card was charged multiple times none of them got the correct amount. It’s frustrating that on there half they messed up and wouldn’t help make it up to there customers. Not even the manager. On the bright side at least my pizza was hot this time.

The worst pizza place in Minnesota. Rude management. Employees don’t know what to do. Food was wrong today even after waiting ten minutes patiently for an order that said ready already. When I returned to inform management about wrong food she said she was not going to remake my food unless she talked to the customer who mistakenly got my food or a receipt. Even tho she was the one who handed me my food. After a while I went outside to look for the receipt I had dropped. When I tried to show manager she had an attitude and told me I could not place an order from there store anymore. What a terrible place to eat food at. If you hate your job just say that.

Ordered delivery once from here and didn’t have an issue. I just tried to claim my free rewards pizza and got some bread bites, left a large tip because I wasn’t spending much on the order in general. I waited for two hours for my order to arrive. Finally it said Kelly was 2 minutes away. I saw someone pull-up, but never received my order. I checked other houses around mine to see if it was delivered to the wrong house, but no avail. It simply was never delivered. Dominos was kind enough to give me another free pizza, but that doesn’t cover the money I spent on the bread bites, deliver fee, and tip. massively disappointed and friggin hungry.

Never again. I ordered my pizza at 04:08pm. At 5:08pm I called and they said "we haven't started the order because the delivery driver is not here yet" I asked for my order to be cancelled. Shamika said "okay" and hung up the phone. Never again. I am calling my card company tomorrow to make sure the charges are reversed for this. Ended up ordering Godfathers through Door Dash at 05:06pm and I have a quote for 30 minutes and the driver is already on the way. I never have issues with the Crystal Dominos for pickup. I wish could order from them too. NEVER AGAIN.

You can call and complain ..ask for the manager and they should give u more than that the next time u come back
I only got my order at earlier times. Never showed up in the later times.
