They have a rat infestation. There are holes in the walls that mice get in the mice are eating their way from apartment to apartment. No matter how clean you are the mice will enter. They have a pet policy that you have to pay for but the have lots of mice. I have caught up to 6 mice in one day.

This apartment complex have decent apartments, but I would not recommend moving here if you have children and you're concern for your safety, especially in the safety of your own home.

ZERO STARS! Please take all warnings about this place seriously. If there is another option to live elsewhere you are better off taking it. I moved in and paid a ridiculously large amount for a deposit. Nothing was cleaned, I cleaned it all myself. New management came. They took the pool away, they took the leasing office away, 4 months in and my bedroom flooded. They didn't come until 3-4 days later. I lost alot of items and it smelled horrible. They shampooed the already wet floor and left ( didn't dry it) My husband and I had to borrow a water extractor from a church. Took 2 additional days to get the water out. They said they would try to fix it over summer...they never did. Winter comes and goes around again, water and smell returns. We mentioned breaking the lease and they told us that we have to pay for the rest of the year or until someone rents it...EVEN IF WE LEAVE! They said we also have to pay $850 to break the lease. This place is a fraud and you have been warned. Stay at your moms place or with a friend. At least you will be able to save money!! Update: Another package of mine was stolen...asked the office for help and haven't heard anything yet. I keep asking about the security system but never really get an answer. I'm starting to think that the cameras don't work. 2nd Update: Even though there is a camera directly over the mailboxes, they said they said they didn't see anyone walk off with a package. They told me to be home when a package is being delivered or to do pick up only?! The purpose of having a mailbox is to have my mail delivered to me! They don't even care that people are stealing here and I dont believe that any of the security cameras work.

This is the worst place I have ever rented from. Trash everywhere, poor management, and unresponsive. In order to get the trash outside cleaned up I had to contact Brooklyn Park City Hall, which after I did they seemed to clean up quickly. It's extremely over priced and Nancy, the apartment manager doesn't seem to do her job at all. This place has been a pit since day one. Scratched wrecked cabinets, a fridge that had a leak and ran twenty four seven, only after all my electric in my kitchen went out for an entire weekend with no solutions did they get me a new fridge, which I complained about the first couple weeks when I knew about it. The carpet is full of stains, the trim is painted all over, and the closets wreak of weed. There are cig butts in the entry ways, trash all over outside and broken laundry machines. Oh, and if you contact the management for this property, they will give you the number for the regional manager, but she won't respond either. If you want to be an animal treated like a zoo here, move on in. This is the worst place I've ever lived - I have never been a complainer at any apartment I've lived in. I have pretty low standards and this place has even cracked that. Don't be fooled by the nice "model units" they'll show you, cause the reality is you'll end up in a dump. Spacious, yes, but a dump non-the-less. They only removed the mass amounts of trash after a city code inspector came and checked in on it. The guy who works in the office is personal and responds quickly, seemed to be very helpful. But he, unfortunately, isn't the property management. I realized nearly immediately when I signed the lease where I had moved into. Nancy, the property manager barely acknowledged me when she came to sign my lease. She didn't even introduce herself or say hi until I did. I was sitting across the desk from her. Then I received my keys, and both the door key and the key fob to the building didn't work. Stay away - this place is awful.
