I always tell them never to touch my air filters, fan belt etc... They always do anyway. This time they put in my cabin air filter upside down and the intake sucked in a lot of debris and now my ac blower makes excessive noise. If you are going to take people's cars apart at least put them back together right. If my ac unit is permanently damaged, I'm coming for compensation. I have a camera in my car so yes, I can prove it was jiffy lube. Idc what rebuttals the person who responds to this complaint. Jiffy lube was in the wrong. Shape up.

Girlfriend went to get an oil change which was fine, tried to get her to do an assortment of unnecessary things as well. Essentially tried to make a $70 oil change a $500 expense. I've always liked Berry Auto and Tire more and I think we're sticking with them. Took her car there after for a second opinion and they agreed, the extra work was unnecessary. Not a bad place for a quick oil change but they will nickel and dime the hell out of you

These guys get the job done. I needed an oil change and a new plug. They replaced the plug and did the change in about 30 minutes.

Very friendly service; Modesto took care of my car right away. Fast job and staff appear to be having a fun work experience. I will come back for more care repairs in the future. I highly recommend the Libertyville Jiffy Lube
