Scott was thorough with advice and showed me every way the job could be done. He made sure he steered me right. Scott was personable and saved us time and money. The property the bike shop sits on is nice and clean. Biggest in Spokane. There's a lot of new bicycles to choose from and four bicycle mechanics for fixin' your broken bicycles. They sell used bikes, too. Those you can see online.

Nice enough staff, but the quality of work is lacking. I've brought my bike in for service three times, and two of those times I've had bad experiences. The first issue was when they replaced my stock freewheel with one that is horribly geared, and changed to a significantly shorter chain as they didn't have any replacement parts close to OEM. This was somewhat understandable, as my bike has a larger wheelbase than most, so I should have just brought replacement OEM parts in myself to begin with. I ordered a new freewheel and chain from the manufacturer and brought my bike back have them swapped out and the derailleur readjusted. Afterwards, I took my bike for a ride and after only 7.5 miles one of the Jockey Wheels FELL OFF. I have over 2800 miles on my bike, and have never had any issue like this at all. Fortunately I was able to find all the parts except for one of the washers. In addition to that, the derailleur adjustment is significantly off, and the bike is constantly trying to shift on its own. After taking a bike for service at a professional shop it shouldn't be necessary to double check their work. Unfortunately I won't be returning.

They are a little on the expensive side and apparently they don’t have a refund process if the equipment they sold you is faulty broken they say they will fix it they give it their best shot and then that’s it. That’s not the type of customer service I want if I bought something I didn’t like it and wanted to return it within 72 hours any normal business would take that especially since they never told me there is a no refund process and all sales are final which is illegal by the way. Other than that if you’re trying to get your bike repaired or fixed it’s pretty good but buying pedals pegs a rim a seat new bike etc. I would not go for it because it’s a little on the expensive side.

Drove into Spokane today for an E-bike. They are so back-ordered now that we called around for the exact bike, color, size (etc...) and they had one in stock. Ordered it over the phone and they reserved it for us. Super polite and accommodating. Picked it up today and had a great experience with Brenda - she took her time helping me, adjusting the parts, answering my endless questions. We got outfitted for helmets, and picked up a bike rack. They put the rack on the truck, and showed us how to use it and load the bikes accurately. They were awesome.
