We've searched for the right car for nearly a year. Once we considered HM Volvo, from right at the start they were top notch. Working with Graham was a delight, and Thomas certainly had the answers for all my questions once we purchased our XC60. A professional group of people, as we met several other people during our transactions, and all were so very helpful and friendly. We've never had a Volvo, but it was the best experience we've had with purchasing a new car.

I was in the market for a used Volvo, and the team at Herzog Meier provided the most positive car buying experience I have ever experienced. I gave Stephanie the runaround on scheduling a test drive, and Keith stepped in with grace when she was not there when I arrived (my fault for not confirming a time). Keith then handed the communication back to Stephanie, and she was just the right balance of communicative but not pushy as I took a couple weeks to sell my existing car. She has been patient with my questions, and I ended up very happy with my purchase as a result (had a couple specific criteria that I was, happily, able to meet).
