I’m giving a one star, because I called to set up an appointment for car audio installation. They asked me if I could drive over so they can see what I have. I did that same day. They guy behind the counter really did not seem interested in helping me or setting up appointment he came out looked at my Vin#, my subwoofer and Amp. He wrote my information down n said they would call me to set up an appointment the man also told me their appointments were put to week of 5/2. I never heard from anyone I finally went to another place called Premier auto trend over in robbinsdale they got me in same day!!!

Very disappointed in my service at Automotive Concepts. Cole (Manager) made up a story that I canceled my appointment that I had for my car for almost 3 plus weeks. When I arrived on the day of my appointment, there were multiple options to get my car serviced by them outside of the day I arrived. I waited for Cole to come back from lunch but he took his sweet time and wanted to talk on the phone. I don't trust these guys. I wanted to give zero stars but google makes you give them at least one.

They picked up and dropped off my car for me, same day. Easy to work with and very badly with my new remote start. Stopped in their shop and the look like they do pretty much everything there. Would definitely recommend.

The guys behind the counter are great with good follow up. However, Todd, the "topper guy" gave me an experience I haven't had in years. First, they are a newer ARE dealer so the counter person followed up a day after I visited stating I should expect a call once the "topper guy" was back in the store. Never happened .. I went back in today, almost a month after my initial stop and he proceeded to tell me what I wanted vs asking what features were important to me. While presenting a less expensive option, no less than 8 times said how "it isn't sold anymore" and I "wouldn't want this one for_______..." I was simply shopping prices and features. It was an extremely unprofessional presentation. Needless, I'll happily drive further to get the service I deserve. I'll still shop AC for other items but BOT for a topper from Todd
