Placed an order at 4:30pm. Online said an hour. At the 2 hour mark I called the store 3 times. The phone would either ring and ring or someone would hang up the call. At 8:58pm I got a notice saying Kevin has cancelled my order. Just ridiculous. I understand being short staffed, but maybe call the customers and let them know before 4 hours has passed. Oh and I never got my money back. This location should be closed. I don’t understand how a business can operate this way.

I’ve ordered here before and have had no issues but tonight has made me never want to come to this location again! I ordered my pizza at 5:41 knowing it was going to take approximately 90 minutes. Probably because of staffing I totally get that! My problem is that it was literally in quality check when it got canceled! I ordered for delivery so I could keep working on my school work but if they would have called and explained that they didn’t have any drivers I would have totally understood and came and picked it up. There was no communication just “here we made your pizza but we are canceling your orders.” I have had a pizza place call me before to explain and asked if I wouldn’t mind coming to grab it’s I had no problem with that but apparently domino’s doesn’t have the customer service standards that other places do and I’m really thinking of changing my pizza place I general to a whole other organization instead after this.

I am unbelievably upset. I ordered a pizza at 5pm and did not receive anything for over 2 hours. I figured it was a busy weekend so I gave them a call to follow up. The delivery driver had apparently delivered my order to the wrong address but I heard nothing about it. During that call I was told they were remaking my order and said it would be out for delivery very soon. I called an hour later and they said it was out with the delivery driver at that time and I should have it within minutes. 4 HOURS LATER, I still have no pizza. I understand many businesses are understaffed and that mistakes happen and it is a busy weekend with the Super Bowl, but this is unacceptable. I was more patient than I should have ever been and was nothing but cordial during my interactions with staff. I never was given the opportunity to speak with a manager and there was never an apology ever made for this lack of follow up. I had great experiences up until this point but there is obviously a serious breakdown in communication.

5 star: Efficiency at its finest. Dominos invests in their business and consumer convenience. How can you not love that? Sean (delivery guy) is excellent. 3.5 star: Pizza tastes like… Dominos. Wish it had more of an authentic taste. Cheese bread is money however!
