Won't even take time if you want to pay cash. Insurance company paid us, but quote "they won't do just bare minimum work, so they decline" to even look at it. We are not looking for bare minimum. They just can't stick it to an insurance company, so makes sense I guess they decline cash customers. Our door was hit and needs to be replaced with minimal body work on rear quarter panel. Everything else about car is fine, totally cosmetic damage. But it's a Lexus ( expensive to fix) so it was totaled. We got our cash from insurance but Mackin's won't be seeing any. Thanks for not even taking time to listen. Learn customer service.

Mackins did an outstanding job on the repair of my 2013 Ram 2500 CC. The passenger door was severely crinkled from my daughter backing her car out of the driveway. The repair was made in a very timely manner and I was continuely updated on the process. When I received my truck it was clean and looked showroom ready. Highly recommend.

I would recommend shop. They was very professional and nice. They have the best customer service experience. Nicole, front desk women, was so nice. Steve was the best to work with. He made sure I understood the process and he called me with updates every few days. Their work they did on my car was great. It came out so good.

Estimates usually take 15-30 minutes to complete. We have plenty of space for you to sit and enjoy refreshments while you wait. If you’re in a big hurry, we’ll be happy to provide it via FAX or E-mail.
Every repair is different, but many repairs can be completed within a week. A detailed estimate will enable us to give you a better estimate of when your car will be done. Please keep in mind that heavily damaged vehicles may take significantly longer to fix.

While we don’t provide free cars, we’ll have Enterprise Rent-A-Car bring a car to you. In many cases, the expense of your rental may be covered by the insurance company.
Absolutely. Both Enterprise and Hertz will pick up the car from our facility.
Yes. Many insurance companies require that aftermarket and reconditioned parts be used when available. These parts must be like kind and quality. Most major carriers even include this provision in their policy documentation. Keep in mind that we always fully warranty all our work and use only quality parts and materials.
