Thanks for your help finding Alpine Firs today. I was really just looking, but fell in love with the tiny varieties which fit my budget even better. Who knew you could fit 6 trees in the trunk of my compact car? All planted. I think I inspired my neighbor to come take a look too. The neighborhood is looking better and better.

I drive past this nursery often coming back from another nursery that I adore. My 3 year old daughter had to use the restroom on our long drive home, so we decided to stop here. Their website says they close at 6 and it was 20 till. We get out to go browse their gift shop as I wanted to see what houseplants they had and to use the restroom. A lady was very rude and snapped at us saying they were closed. I responded politely asking if my toddler could use the restroom. She seemed irritated, but it was an emergency. My three year old was already scared being in an unfamiliar place and cried saying she didn’t need to go and the lady opens the door and asks the other worker “is it ok if this kid uses the bathroom? Against her will, apparently?” I was in disbelief how rude she was, and I was shocked she said that. That rude interaction makes me never want to visit this nursery again, which is a shame because it seems so cute. I’ll spend my money elsewhere, somewhere with good customer service.

Bought a lace leaf maple which died within 3 months of planting after following all directions. They said let it go til spring. Spring came and it was still dead. They refused to replace it because I didn’t have a receipt. No trust. No more business from me.
