As a person who has many yrs i/t service industry I always find it unforgivable when walking into a restaurant & not be greeted, acknowledged. These people see me & continue w/ not so much as a simple, " be right w/ you" let alone the well known "welcome to" I regularly walk out of places that fail to do what is a part o/t job. The guests are how you get paid. Ronald ain't payin' ya' cuz you're such a wonderful person, get it? Do your job I don't need to be ignored & then you find time to acknowledge me & take my order. Fill the coffee to the top. Mickey Dees is garbage anyway but sometimes it just happens.

Stopped by for breakfast in a hurry. There was a like around the building but it moved steadily. From arriving to leaving with food took 8 minutes which isn't terrible. The food was tasty and hot. Staff were very friendly as well, even though it was before dawn.

If I could leave 0 out of 5 stars I would leave a -5. We we went to get the mcdouble bundle which is a single mcdouble and a small fry for about $3. I believe the total was $3.55.. However the guy charged us wrong for $8.14 instead and when we asked about it at the window they fixed it, however when they gave us our bag there was no fries in it like it should come with the bundle so and we told the young woman with the two snake bite piercings and dark hair that this order was wrong and we were supposed to get a small fry in here, she didn't say sorry, she didn't smile, and she reacted as if we were being rude. My grandma was at the window ordering for us and she was not rude to this anyone and to have one of your workers react so poorly to us simply saying our order was incorrect because nobody checked before giving out the bag is a serious problem and it's completely unprofessional on her part. Not to mention she gave the bag back pretty rudely as well. I understand work there may be difficult at times and you may experience hard costumers but you have no right to treat everyone that way coming through. My grandmother doesn't deserve to get attitude from your workers just because her order was wrong and wanted it fixed.

You HAVE to place your order on the kiosk. If you ask for help, they tell you to follow the instructions on the screen. I saw an elderly gentleman trying to figure it out and when he asked he was told follow the on screen instructions. I walked around and helped him. I am NOT an employee, but they were unwilling to help. Because this is a slow restaurant, the food was not hot and the fries were so soggy. I now know to go to Burger King or Wendy's because McDonald's just doesn't care.

Different tax rates depending on where you are at. Duh.
