Phil, Nestor, and the whole Pacific West Roofing team did a great job on our project! From initial bid through final cleanup they provided punctual updates, going so far as to regularly send pictures and video of the new roof's progress. Can't say enough about how much we appreciate the speedy turn-around and high quality work!

I have used Pacific West Roofing for several jobs. Recently we have had Brian out to review a roof leak on one of our properties and get a quote. The quote came back quickly with the findings of the roof leak and a solve to stop the leaking. I always appreciate the honest assessments. It’s so nice to have a roofer we can trust and refer to our customers, friends and family. Thank you Pacific West Roofing and team.

PWR was Great! Their team was top flight starting with Bryan who provided us the estimate and answered all of my questions, extending to their crew and office staff and finally their owners. They were very customer focused and included me in every step. Their attention to quality was always evident as was their accessibility to discuss issues and skilled in their craft. They worked hard to accommodate the special needs of our mid-century modern home. And, our roof was complex in its needs. Because of their approach to customer engagement, we now have clear documentation trails about choices we made. We are now, after their work, comfortable that we have a solid roof that will protect the house for many years to come and very confident that will be there for us should any problems arise.

Just had our roof replaced and the entire experience went smoothly and turned out great. Phil established excellent communication throughout the entire process and regularly sent text updates and pictures of the progress. The crew was mostly female, and I loved it! They were hard working and left absolutely zero mess and cleaned up the entire site at the end of each work day. The roof went up quickly and looks outstanding. I would recommend this company to others and will use them again if we have further roofing needs.

How much will a new roof cost?

Peter Conley | Aug 18, 2018
Pacific West Roofing, LLC | Aug 18, 2019

The cost of a new roof depends on a number of variables, including size, style, shape, materials, the pitch of the roof, and time of year. We recommend securing three or four estimates from experienced and reputable roofers in your area. However, cost should be just one factor in choosing a roofer. What matters, in the long run, is the quality of workmanship and the ultimate longevity and integrity of your new roof. Pacific West Roofing really focuses on the details when we put in a bid, so our clients can be certain that we’ve taken all the variables into account.

How do I know if I need a new roof?

Peter Conley | Aug 18, 2018
Pacific West Roofing, LLC | Aug 18, 2019

Some signs are easier to identify than others. For example, with shake roofs, you may notice that the shakes are crumbling or splitting — or you may find them in your yard after a windstorm! With composition shingles, the granules may roll into the gutter, leaving exposed black patches. The shingles may also start to crack or fracture. If you have an older roof with leaks that return time and time again even after repairs, this may be another sign that it’s time for a new roof.

What are the signs of roof damage?

Peter Conley | Aug 18, 2018
Pacific West Roofing, LLC | Aug 18, 2019

Signs of roof damage include missing, crumbling, curling, buckling or abraded shingles; cracked tiles; damaged and stained fascia boards; leaks; sagging or stained or cracked drywall inside, fogged skylights, cracked vents; and even moss accumulation, which can lead to rot.

Why hire an experienced roofing company?

Peter Conley | Aug 18, 2018
Pacific West Roofing, LLC | Aug 18, 2019

You shouldn’t have to worry about the integrity of your roof, especially here in the Pacific Northwest. Hiring an experienced roofing company provides peace of mind to homeowners. Experienced roofers have seen it all, and that experience will be reflected in the quality of their work and materials, the precision of their craftsmanship, their adherence to best practices, local laws and regulations, and the company’s commitment to customer service, which should continue even after the final shingle has been installed.
