Last time I was there I stood in line for 40 minutes to buy popcorn and 2 drinks. It was a Monday at 12:30 and they had 4 people working the concession stand, so I’m not sure what caused it to take so long to get my food and drinks. Decent theaters and seats, always clean.

This theater is absolutely terrible. My family and I went to go see the new Elvis movie as my great grandma who is disabled really wanted to see it because Elvis is her favorite. When we got there the girl working in the ticket booth told us that all the seating by handicap was taken so she would talk to someone higher up to see if someone would be kind enough to move seats. She had has pick out seats and told us that we were good and they were going to have people move. When we got into the theater, all the seats were still taken so my mom had asked a lady and man if they would move since my grandma is disabled and employees were supposed to come ask people to move. The lady got rude with us very quickly and stated “I’m not disabled and I’m not moving.” After that we went to go ask for a manger who then told us that she wasn’t going to ask anyone to move and told the girl who was working the ticket booth that they apparently weren’t going to have anyone moved. This is ridiculous as we were told two different things by two different employees. My mom left and didn’t watch the movie because of how livid she was. I stayed to watch it with my grandma, great grandma, and siblings. Since my great grandma wasn’t able to get disabled seating she had to sit in her wheel chair in the aisle blocking one of the exits and employees still did not care. On top of that, the people who were disrespectful to us would get up constantly and would grab on the seats that my grandmother and I were sitting in. This happened multiple times and my hair ended up getting pulled on a little due to this. We will never come to this theater again.

Theater is could be cleaner but it’s not horrible. Getting snacks in line can be slow and they ran out of butter for popcorn at a 4:00pm showing. Lots of movie and time options. Seats are comfortable. Bathrooms are clean. Has two free EV chargers (3 hours free) outside of the theater.

I saw a late night showing of "Men" and the lady running the ticket booth was super rude because I didn't know how to use a movie pass. She said "well NOW that we KNOW what we're doing I can get you a seat" I understand it was late but it's not my fault you're working the night shift! If you hate your job, uh quit.

Yes $5 movies (except 3D which are a few $$ more) all day, every Tuesday.. time of the movie doesn't matter and it is cheaper than student or senior rates as well all day! And I believe it's at all cinemarks in the state.. at the least it's both in fort Collins and boulder too!
