This review is in response to the man behind the card services counter. He needs to learn how to talk to people, smile, be friendly. That's why he is working in that position. When a customer comes up and you are helping them out it is extremely rude to keep turning around to have a conversation with your mates. And when a customer is asking a question you don't talk over them, you listen. When you need something done tell them and talk to them. You do not talk at them and raise your voice like they are hard of hearing. Lastly, and this confirmed what I was thinking, don't assume someone is receiving social security as their income, especially when they have more than a decade to receive it. Do you always treat people older than you like they are senile? Go relearn your people skills.

Great big box shop with lots of options, including lots of keto and other healthy food. The reason why I gave this Costco four instead of five stars is because of the amount of plastic that they use in their packaging. I know it's really hard to get away from plastic packaging, but we've got to try, and Costco could be a leader in this space!

Great customer service. Like always, you need a membership card, unless you're looking into getting one. The layout is convenient, but also a bit confusing at times. The construction work on the freezer isn't a problem at all. My go-to store for food and even some clothing items, at good prices.

Credit card charged 5 times(!) for the same purchase. It’s been a huge run-around to try and resolve: “Call [Credit Card Company], it’s not our fault.” “We only see it once on our end.” “Never seen this before.” Coupled with, “It happens all the time,” moments later… Was finally told to resolve with multiple disputes to [Credit Card Company], which I’ve done, and now (days later) have received a voicemail from the store Sales Auditor stating they’d like to refund me?? Make it make sense! Nothing but inconsistency and a headache. Thoroughly regret purchasing the membership all together.
