Service was really great, but in our first room, there was blood in the sheets and our room wasn't vacuumed. The front desk person was real nice about letting us switch out promptly and we were placed in a much better room. Breakfast was really great and included a full bar. However, the homeless population tend to spend the night in the area. Like heavily. I was super worried about my car since I was traveling with a packed back seat. However, no harm done once I got there, thank God!

Showed up and was a less than ideal area (which isn’t the hotels fault) front desk person was less than helpful….went up to room to shower to find no towels, came down and asked if my wife and I could get a few…was handed one bath towel and one pool towel…was then told housekeeping would drop more off shortly, waited around for about 2 hours and went back down to ask and she didn’t make eye contact so I ended up going down the road to Target to purchase a towel….at that point I was already done with this property and asking for any kind of assistance. When checking out I was asked how my stay was and voiced my concerns and got a “oh well sorry to hear, we will email you the receipt”..definitely don’t plan to ever stay at this property again…

Alicia Romero is a very good staff member. She has the attention to detail that is remarkable. She made my stay more comfortable and enjoyable. She’s all over, directing housekeeping, doing laundry, working the breakfast choices and running the front desk. Wonderful person.

It's the first time that a Holiday Inn will not pass my standards. I wonder what is going on here. A bunch of kids are running this place, meet in the morning to have breakfast which is served 3x a week to late to the guests. This was a business trip for us and we arrived in the afternoon around 4pm. Right away we noticed the messy front yard and the weeds. Nobody took care at all around the building. Several hoods of some trucks and cars stood open, as it was allowed to work on your car in the back of the parking lot. Than we walked inside. Nobody was behind the reception, therefore the person who prepared the food, restocked the coffee - explained that no one is available yet to give us the room keys and match the payment choice. About 30min later we finally were officially greeted and received our keys to the room. Definitely not what we expected. Not proper vacuumed, dirty toilet bowl and greasy finger prints all around the furniture in the room. Loud at night, gated but it felt unsafe. Tweakers came up to the main doors and asked for cigarettes and being rude. This building needed a security, but no security guard available. Definitely not going to be one more night for us. Even after complaining at the reception to the morning staff, we haven't received any apology. Btw, we haven't even received proper points for our stay. What a shocking experience. Somebody needs to step up here, probably a management issue, or most likely an owner issue.

Called..they do not.. but howard Johnson's does
Would suggest an Internet map or mobile app for best and up to date instructions. Hotel is near 2 highways, and downtown is about 20 mins avg trip.
