Rood and poor customer service, I think the black isn’t welcome to here, I can tell based on my experience.

Why have appointments when you clearly do not have the staff to support them? Waiting for over 45 minutes. Filling out paperwork online is a waste, they make you do it in person anyway. Staff rude and disinterested. Taking people with appointments out of order causing more delay. At Barnes location in CO Springs but not the only branch with this issue.

Tiny young brunette that they put up front was so rude, I almost just left. I'm sorry that your store is lacking on simple customer service, like putting your phone down when I approach or treating people with the simple respect to just check out. I practically got yelled at for being her customer. Never again.

There was some shady, sticky, five finger discount, going down but that's not the stores fault. Some employees were very polite others seemed a little lost. Although our trip to this location was very eventful it did end up working out ok. Customer service is not the easiest with today's climate and people's attitudes in general. Keep on keeping on Walgreens employees! Thank you.
