We went and got a Costco membership and the guy was fantastic! He was so knowledgeable and explained what the membership includes, and just so many things. While my boyfriend was filling out the paperwork I was holding our baby girl and the guy had me go over to take the picture and he wanted her in the picture too and I love it! The store is so big and clean and there's so much that they sell. I can't wait to go shopping!

It's such a huge store, we went in today to get a membership and associate helping us was awesome. I had brought my 4 month old with me and my husband was the one signing up for the membership so while he was filling out whatever paperwork he needed to do the guy told me he could take my picture, while I was holding my daughter. Then he told me it's normally a from the shoulders up picture but he wanted her in it too, so my card has a picture of me holding my daughter on it and I thought it was awesome. The guy was so knowledgeable, super nice, I'm had a great personality. Apparently he's been working there for about 12 years and he really knows his stuff. I'm very excited to go and be able to use my membership here next week.

It is what it is. I revel at those who have unreachable expectations in terms of service and variety, but come on, these are nice people working their tails off to get you in and out quickly. In fact, in the multiple years I have been going to this store, I have run into only one person at the service desk who admittedly was struggling through the day. A simple "thanks for your hard work" was enough to pull him from the edge and close our transaction quickly. Go easy on our hourly brethren and thank them for all they do.

This Costco is the best. I visit every week as a customer, executive member, and staff member. It always seems busy, but everyone is cheerful and helpful. This Costco is a real community with many regulars who over time develop business friendships with each other and staff. It is always clean, well-merchised, offering a lot of samples. It sells beer but no wine or liquor due to state laws.
