Worst customer service ever from the tech in the store. He calls me to confirm radio install appointment and acts like I'm going to complain about $50 in parts. I tell him whatever the costs of the additional parts is we will pay for it. Then he proceeds to tell me that they don't hold any parts even though I've been waiting a month for this appointment and they may have to reschedule so they can order the parts. If they know I have an appointment why not just pull the parts since I've already been waiting for my appointment, I already bought the radio from them. It shouldn't be this hard to get an installation. I tell him we will find someone else to install it and hang up. Then he calls back to have an attitude and have the last word. What happened to customer service, seriously?!

Have picked up online order from this location three separate times and they are always ready so fast. Usually there is not a long wait for pickup. They will check your identification thoroughly (which I appreciate!) and answer any questions.

I had an 11:20 AM appointment to get my cell phone checked up by the geek squad or Apple customer service people I was there for about 30 minutes before somebody actually came and asked if I needed something I let them know I had an appointment at 11:20 and she said she would get me checked in after that nobody came or called me up. there was one person helping another person there but they were helping that person the entire time I was waiting so I sat for an hour and a half I decided to takeoff I will not be returning to the store

They don't except in special cases related to TV'S they sold with warranty's that are still in force. There are TV recycling places, but they charge a fee per unit because of the lead in CRT screens.
