This review is focused on the issues with ordering delivery through Mackenzie...on the food side, they have always had great pizza. The online ordering system will tell you that delivery is available for a location, only to tell you once you build your cart that online ordering isn't available. This will happen even if you build your cart in less than a minute, so its not that the system received too many orders while I was building the cart. If you call to try to order, they tell you that you have to order online. They also work with door dash but will frequently list the location as closed when it's not, and employees will suggest that you order from door dash while they have their location closed in the app. I order from here frequently and have experienced these issues a handful of times, and its just annoying to get blocked from checking out and not allow over the phone ordering when your tech is clearly malfunctioning. This is the only restaurant that I've ordered from that has this persistent issue with accepting money for pizza (and I order food online often...an embarrassing amount really 😆). I mean...isn't that what they are supposed to do at the end of the day? I've literally spent hundreds of dollars at other restaurants because of this issue. Ordering pizza wasn't this hard in the 90s. Anyway, not trying to rag on the business, rather, just trying to offer some feedback to fix a very solvable problem. Please fix it so I can get my pizza fix 😄

Sure it's a chain, but it's a good one! Pizza is good with lots of fun options like Thai pie, hot Hawaiian, and buffalo wing. The new 406 summer menu and the foodie fare menus really mix things up. Recommend the street corn nachos and the Frito pie (hope these stick around). Been coming here for years, always hits just right.

Decent food, has gotten worse in the past 6 months or so. Rude service, manager is very rude. Waited for an hour and a half to pick up an order we put in for carryout. Finally after watching 10 or so different people come and pick theirs up and a waiting way to long for 3 items, we asked for our money back. Manager picks up our order, slams on the counter and says "there right here", you could tell they had been sitting for a bit, then makes a smart comment that "he had to make it from scratch".... highly doubt it.. refuses to give us our money back and doesn't even put it in a bag, missing our sides to one of our starters, no breadstick with pasta. Used to eat here alot. Customer service is awful.. never again will I pay a cent. Go somewhere that appreciates their customers

My goodness this thing is so big... Very nice, more than enough for me. Oh and the salsa was super tasty. Sydney with the electric eyes waited on me, and she was very busy but kept coming to see if I needed anything and always smiling. I also had a sandwich here yesterday but I got it to go but it was a fantastic sandwich .
