Disappointed and horrible service. Went and just wanted to check the pressure on my tires and possibly get them filled. Many of their staffs were out working and they all stared, didn’t greet acknowledge or bother to grab anyone to assist me. Waited for almost half an hour and I was literally the only one there. Never again. I would not recommend this location for anyone that I know.

Normally this is the best tire shop. But this last experience was not so good. My mom got new wheels and tires on her 1989 pickup. The first big thing she has ever done to it. Well the hub cover was not tightened down and was missing screws. Its almost fell off and her coworker noticed it. It took multiple days to get the replacement cover as it was scratched up and the screws to install it correctly. Now had this been an actual tire we definitely would be having an extremely different conversation. But this still could have been an accident or death because if that would have flown off on the freeway an hit a car or went through a window and hit someone. Yes everyone understands time is money but quality control should be a big focus especially in a tire shop.

After getting a flat tire on I5 during rush hour, I went in to ask about possibly patching my tire or checking prices for a new one. I told him how much money I was working with and the gentleman said don't worry we will get it all fixed up for you. 15 mins later my car was pulled in and 4 brand new tires where put on my car at NO COST TO ME!! He said that all of my tires were bald and he noticed my son's car seat in the back and he couldn't let me drive away not knowing we were going to be safe and he told me Merry Christmas =) I of course cried and hugged him. I am so grateful for this blessing. As a single mom with 3 kids it's not very easy these days to come up with extra money for everything.
