Super great! Walked right in and was immediately greeted and taken to a chair. Whole process was about 15 minutes. Stylist was friendly, listened to what I wanted and gave me a great cut.

The stylist my son had kept looking at the clock, saying to the other stylist how close it was to closing time, how she had to leave right at 6, how many people were still left on the list. My teenage son kept trying to talk to her but she wasn't paying attention. What was to have been a trim turned into about 5 inches of hair cut off, way above eyebrow level. When I asked HIM if that's what he wanted, SHE immediately got defensive and rude. The other stylist jumped in, offered to fix it then realized there was no hair left TO fix. The cut was free, but the damage to a teenagers self esteem was already done.

Customers can check in online during the hours the salon is open. Online Check-In will not be available during the first five minutes a salon is scheduled to be open. This gives customers who are physically in the salon when it opens a chance to be checked in and have their names added to the wait list. We accept online check-in up until 30 minutes before closing time. You can still get a haircut at closing time, you just can't check in on the app.
