They need to hire a maintenance man! The floor in the room was cracked, along with the ceiling, the lights above the hot tub went out,refrigerator didn't work and over charged us! Not sure if we will stay there again and we have been returning customers for years!

Ease of check in, near highway, pet friendly, waffles, have already mentioned deficiencies, I also don't understand why you charge for a safe fee ($1.50) to be refunded on request what the __HECK_ is that never seen or heard of it.

The room was dirty. Neither the TV nor the heat worked. The mirror was not attached to the wall and bathroom shower was cracked. The housekeeper was nice but was fighting with another housekeeper. I work in the hospitality industry and this was totally unacceptable.

Room had bugs shower was dirty the mirror was hanging off the wall. Cable was not working Wi-Fi kept going in and out. Housekeeping was arguing with each other highly disappointing.
