Asked for sugar substitute 4 times before getting any. Only salt and pepper grinders on tables. The place was clean and inviting. Menu options seemed less than pre-pandemic. Food was very good.

The food was OUTSTANDING and it was way Better than the other location on Memorial. My Hubby and I went there for an early dinner and it was Delicious!😋 I ordered a Kahlua Pina Colada and it was the 1st time the Bartender (Chris) had made 1. It was the BEST I've Ever had....it was Sooooo Good!😍 I gave him a separate tip bcuz it was tht Great.🥂 Our Server (James) wasn't the friendliest until I spoke with his Manager. James became "nicer", after that.....🙄 Overall, we had an Enjoyable time!👍🏾 Updated Review (from a '4' to a '3'): Our food was Decent, but Much Better the last time. Chris wasn't there 2nite, so my Kahlua Pina Colada was 'Alright'. Corey was our Server and he was 'Pretty Good'. He started off EXCELLENT, but by the end, he kinda Slacked Off due to "restocking & cleaning up for the evening" (supposed to be done during shift, ONLY After making Sure the Customers are Well tended to & we waited for him for 10 minutes B4 he was called back to our table).🥴 We were going to give him a Much Larger Tip, but bcuz we No longer seemed a 'Priority'-he received Only 15%.....🤷🏽‍♀️ I will Always patronize 'Red Lobster' bcuz I LOVE Seafood, so we'll return, but I Hope EVERYTHING (food AND service) are A Lot Better!👍🏾

The Coopers

This is one of my favorite restaurants. I was not satisfied with the professionalism of the staff. My husband and kids took me out to eat to celebrate me on Mother's Day. We were seated at a table in the bar area. Some of the staff were swearing loud like crazy. It sounded as if they had a disagreement about something. We could hear swearing coming from the kitchen area where they make drinks. We had our minor kids with us. We did not have a pleasant outing. Several of us took our food to go.

Surprisingly we got a table as soon as we got there and they were busy because they are awesome! My husband and I shared the a seafood dip which was out of this world I had the lobster linguini and he had the ultimate surf and turf with a 6oz filet mignon Maine lobster tail and scallops wrapped with bacon also their famous garlic cheese biscuits they would have 5 stars but the waiter wasn't professional. Finally we got a piece of key lime pie! Definitely will be going back again and again!
