Tonight at just a few minutes past 7 pm, i went to the drive thru and was told they had No chicken cooked. NO CHICKEN AT 7 PM!

Does it really matter what time you go to KFC to ask for crispy chicken personally I wouldn't think so but if you go too close to closing time you're not going to get crispy chicken. It seems more consistently that whenever I go to a KFC location that there's going to be some item that I order that I won't be able to get and it's almost depressing. Not saying that I'm going to stop going to KFC but what are my options

My mother was just at this particular KFC and the "young lady" and I use this term loosely, was very foul mouthed, bad tempered and extremely rude to several of the Hispanic customers. Telling them they need to learn to speak English and cursing them out. She claims she didn't care if she got fired so why not grant her wish and FIRE HER?! This was totally unexceptable.
