PropM managed 3 renters for us. The first two were wonderful and took really good care of the property. The 3rd renter left garbage when he moved out and did not maintain the yard. We had reduced the rent for him to do this. When I got notified that the renter was leaving, I told PropM we did not want it rented again and to make sure the concrete was repaired because the renter owned Parker Pacific Evacuation, LLC and had heavy equipments on the driveway. They assured me that they had a move in video and would take care of it but ProoM did nothing. I later found out that the renter did not pay the last months rent so the security deposit was used to pay it (allowing PropM to be paid) Now we have $77.00 dollars to take care of all the issues we paid the management company to manage.Today, we paid $650.00 for the garbage to be hauled and ended up passing up having all the bricks being removed because that would have costed another $350.00. We still have to deal with the yard, damaged screen and concrete, removed smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, carpet ink stains that will not come out, a toilet that doesn’t work, garbage left in the house and damaged ceiling

I recently toured a property, and signed a lease within a few days- making this the easiest and delightful experience in my rental history! Olivia in particular was a saving grace! She communicated efficiently and was there anytime i had a question, or more information was needed! Olivia walked me through the process, and guided me every step of the way- making a stressful experience SO MUCH EASIER! Olivia was incredible, and PropM has been excellent.

Michelle has been a joy to work with, right from coming out to assess our place in preparation for putting it on the market to be rented, to helping us secure a tenant within a tight time frame! With all of my experiences with property management groups, Prop M has stood above the rest. They are RESPONSIVE, kind, patient, and everything you want from a property management team. I have no clue why it is so hard to find service oriented groups, but Prop M listens to my needs and always finds solutions to problems. Thank you for always being available and putting my mind at ease with being a home owner with tenants. I would give 6 stars if I could!!
