I am from NH and was working at a local Maine summer camp, and needed a gym to keep up on my physical therapy (post hip-replacement), plus general aerobic fitness. Through Facebook messenger, Zach got back to me very quickly to meet, pay a very reasonable $12 for a day pass, and tour their Falmouth gym. Used the gym 5 times - Very clean and well equipped.

I have run my entire adult life and completed 5 marathons. I thought I was in shape until I started weight training with Zach 2 years ago. Never did I imagine where I would be right now. I am hooked on weight training. Even during the pandemic, with shelter in place, we still did workouts over FaceTime and never missed a week of training. He works around your schedule and keeps you motivated. His gym is relaxed and friendly. My family has all joined in and we love it!

I have been a member at Zbon fitness for little over a year now and I have seen a difference in my personal and mental health. Not only does the gym have all the proper fitness equipment I need to maintain my overall health and goals, Zach (the owner) welcomes you into his gym with kindness and respect. In my time as a collegiate athlete I have trained with many personal trainers. Of those who I have trained with I have never seen someone so passionate and dedicated about their client than Zach (the owner. Zach has help me overcome many health changing obstacles and strives for me to continue pushing myself every workout session. I highly recommend this gym as well as training with Zach.
