Great service and reasonable prices. Our prior vendor hit us with an extremely high propane price because we’re “low volume”. It felt like a subliminal message “we don’t want low usage customers so we’ll double the price”. Murray is terrific… new tank install was quick and the tech was great. Highly recommended

NOT HAPPY! Recently paid to have two propane tanks installed. After some time, they began to settle into the ground and tip. Had them come out to reset the tanks. A few days later I received a bill for the work that I had already paid for. I called to speak with someone and was told they would call back the next day...still waiting four days later! Should not have been billed in the first place OR should have been told when i first called about fixing tanks. TERRIBLE SERVICE !!!!

The people who answer the phone are friendly and informative. The service technician who cleaned our furnace was very thorough. He vacuumed and cleaned up after himself. Would highly recommend this company.

Our boiler stopped working on a Sunday. I called Murray's, let them know what was going on and had a technician call me back shortly after. He was able to come out within and hour, replace the bad part and stopped a leak that another oil companies technician said he couldn't find. He let us know that during I've of his diagnostic tests that our airflow was a little off so he adjusted it for optimal flow.
