I remember when this restaurant was not a dumpster fire. Now they blame everything from poor service to the play place being closed on the pandemic. Everything and everywhere is open and has been for a year.

Waited in drive thru for 10 min. We got wings and they were mostly fat. And the bbq sauce was very gritty

I realized withing seconds of placing my order online that I had made a mistake and tried to call asap so that it could be fixed (have done this plenty of times here and other locations with no issues in the past) this time I'm told okay no problem and then a minute later got a call back being told they wouldn't fix it so we cancelled the order because it was not something anyone in the house would eat and then my mom placed a new order for pickup so we wouldn't have to deal with it, on our way to pick up our new order I got a call from another CUSTOMER letting me know that she had just received the cancelled order and that she tried to call you guys to fix it and she was on hold for forever before being told to call me to see if our orders got swapped and we could just exchange the wrongly delivered food. Terrible service Pizza Hut. Do better.
