It makes no sense for the Pizza Hut on Wanamaker to close at 8 but the one on Gage, literally right down the street from me, to be open until 11 but not be able to deliver to my address because my address is only for the Wanamaker store. It would be more beneficial for them to have overlapping delivery areas.

If I could give them 0 stars I would I got wing when I received them they had no sauce! Pizza cold! I waiting 1hr30 minute to get my order called multiple time kept getting put in hold to wait for a manager (lady) and she placed me on hold never came back and I ask for a refund and I still have yet to get one back! I won’t ever be ordering from here or another Pizza Hut again! Awf

Ordered pizza at 6pm. Called an hour later to see where the pizza is. Lady said it should be right their. Another hour goes by. Call again. Guy answers and says it should be their any minute. We are short staffed. Wait another 30 mins. They say they have canceled our order because of no answer. RUDE SERVICE.

Bread sticks were not initially provided to me (I paid for more bread sticks). Went out to car before discovering $5 order was missing. Went back in and watched person who was mopping quickly assemble my bread sticks (without washing hands, but he avoided touching them by hand, so that was helpful). The sticks were VERY COLD and did not taste or look right. Perhaps it was my fault for ordering so close to closing time (9:30pm). I will say extremely friendly service -- no issue with the people, just the process for order accuracy. No follow-up after filling out survey indicating the issue, either. Was a fan of the Book-It program, but times have changed. :-(
