Hey all you people out there that are still going to the dealership with your out of warranty cars. NEWS FLASH ! Sullivan Tire is a full service maintenance facility NOT JUST TIRES. The people at the Dover Facility are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Today I had the fluid in front and rear differentials changed, cabin air filter, and AC serviced at SUBSTANTIALLY less than the dealer quoted. Try them out you won’t be disappointed.

Had such a wonderful customer service experience today. Dropped my car off for an oil change and inspection. Chris at the service desk was an absolute delight. Witnessing him interact with each customer that came in was refreshing and notable in this current state of cultural society. His interpersonal skills were not only enlivening to interact with, he also advocated for the best possible service. When I moved to the seacoast from Keene, I was sad to leave my wonderful community at Sullivan Tire. Today's experience reminded me how the mission and vision of close knit community support lives on throughout a global pandemic. Grateful to know my car will be safe and set for winter!!

Last minute tire swap over! Called for a squeeze in appointment and I’m under two hours my car was all set at a great price! Highly recommend these guys! Too notch customer service every time I’ve been!

I’ve been going to Sullivan’s Dover location for all my family’s car care needs for 30 years. I’ve bought at least 12 sets of tires over that time. They’ve always been professional and honest. I’ve have noticed in recent years they do sometimes try to upsell you things you really don’t need, which didn’t used to happen. They also used to have a better personal touch and always greeted me by name and knew my cars. Sadly like most places these days that doesn’t seem to matter anymore. But I’m still a loyal customer.
