By far the best in the valley in their line of business for customer service, friendliness, and superb at making sure you're treated swiftly, with honesty, integrity and complete customer satisfaction. This is a mostly family run business as well as other wonderful people. I have been going here now regularly for over one year. I am from Salem and in the past have shopped at all the stihl stores and others who carry their product. I would much rather make the drive out of my way to Rickreall and deal with this awesome family run business! Each emploee practically always says hello to me (and my dog) and are super nice.
