People staying are so unaware until they get there. Most people there are staying to do drugs. One person was stabbed and they just had a bloody matter sitting in the hallway. My room was connected to a room where all you here was stopped and arguing about doing dope. There were also plenty of roaches enjoying there stay as well. Stay in you car before staying there!! You have been warned, learn from my mistake!

This place is a joke. I travel all over the place. I've stayed in little local motels that were 100 times better than this dump. The management is horrible. Tv didn't work at all. The night clerk was awesome though. I wish I would have gotten her name. But the management lady in the morning and owner I'm guessing was horrible and rude. On the phone the whole time checking in and when I had to come back down to talk to her about tv. She acted like she did not have any time for anything except for herself. We are the people that supply her livelihood. Seems like we would deserve a little more respect than that. Smell weed all through the motel. I would not even give a star if it were possible. This place needs new owners that actually care if they get repeat business.

The manager, JC or Jaycee, or Jacey (However you spell it), was rude from the start of our check-in process. She seemed a bit irritated that we chose to stay in her hotel. She cancelled one of our two rooms after we had confirmed it with her only hours before. It took over an hour before Mary, who was amazing and very helpful, was able to fix the issue and get our second room reinstated. We got multiple dirty looks from KC due to having rolling Pelican cases with our equipment in it. Once we were checked in, we came back down to the lobby to get some drinks and KC was talking rudely about us and did not stop even when she knew we were standing there. The rooms were not much to write home about. The bed was as hard as the wood floor and the sheets were stained. The floors were sticky with something. The bathroom had a drain in the floor next to the shower and once I took my shower I understood why. The curtains were not designed to keep the water in the shower and flooded half the bathroom floor. The shower also had horrible drainage and by the time I was done, the water was to my upper shins. It took over 5 mins to drain after I was out. The only good thing about the shower was the pressure. Due to the stains on the sheets I was forced to sleep on top of the comforter in my clothes both nights. I did not trust the cleanliness of the room at this point. At one point there was a cockroach crawling up the wall and after seeing other reviews, this has been an ongoing issue. After we had gone to dinner the second night, the clerk working informed us that he had just broken up a fight on the second floor. We could smell weed and wet dog everywhere. The man in the room across the hall came out of his room with a joint hanging out of his mouth at one point. They also had a large dog that would bark any time someone walked by the room. They complained about not having any rooms available, I am assuming that this is because they have people living there. This hotel has the potential to be good if management knew what they were doing, didn't lie to people, and didn't treat guests like a nuisance. This hotel is right across the interstate from the Hard Rock and you would think they would step up their game.

This is the worst motel I've ever stayed at! Besides all the undesirable people staying there the staff or owners simply dgaf about the patrons! They lost both of our reservations and of course only had higher priced rooms available. There were no bed spreads on the beds, only had sheets and a light blanket. Although we were in a full kitchen suit we had no coffee maker, ice bucket, hair dryer or clothing iron. When I asked the front desk about it they said that they no longer provided those things and did not have any available even if u put a deposit down. They did have a coffee maker in their vending machine room but the staff was only aloud to make coffee from 5:00 am to 9:00 am. I've accidentally booked a room at other shady motels but have never been to one so bad in my life! Walking to and from our room there were dogs everywhere, the smell of smoke coming from the rooms and roaches all over the place. So please if u plan on staying at a cheaper motel then go to the Hard Rock for fun DON'T!!!! You will end up paying just as much as you would for a room at the Hard Rock! Our room for 2 people was almost $200 & one of the residents told us that the rooms are normally $40+ a day!

My wife & I stayed in a single king & it wasn't bad. The elevator did work & we only paid 45 $. I would stay here again, no problem. He did ask off my credit card just for deposit sake ,no money was charged to my card & I paid cash
Yes
No, and u fortunately it is a violation of federal law for an employee at a hotel to give any information about its guests to anyone other than law enforcement. You are going to need to look into alternate means in order to find that out. Sorry. 😕
