I just spent 21$ on an uber to come to Sally's and theres a hand written note saying there closed and what the hours are. They do not reflect the hours posted on here and now I'm spending another 2p bucks for an uber to go home empty handed. Very very very frustrating

I came into the store to get hair dye for my daughter. My knowledge in the hair dying field is zero. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Not only did the help me find the product that I was looking for, but they recommended a product that would work better for what my daughter needed. The end results was a very happy 16 year old. I am very upset, I asked one of the staff members for help with colored hair dye because I wanted to go lavender. She didn't really seem to be very interested in helping nor did she end up picking out the right product for me. I went home and dyed my hair to only find out it was the wrong color, streaky, and all together just a bad dye. I can't help but to think if I went somewhere else this wouldn't of happened because I'm absolutely crushed... I will from now on be taking my business somewhere else.
